The Residence

At the end of a long private driveway there is a gated entrance with parking and a second security door, which is the house entrance. The house entrance has large terraces, ponds, daybeds and gardens, creating a beautiful welcome.

The large dining room is framed by glass doors which open to a vast terrace with mountain views. The flexible dining space can accommodate four to eighteen people.

A separate 100 sqm building houses the spa with massage room, sauna, jacuzzi, shower and toilet. A heavenly private wellness centre with direct access to a large terrace and poolside lounge area.

The yoga shala, a separate 50 sqm wooden building surrounded with windows and views to the valley, is perfect for retreats or self-practice. The maximum capacity is 18 people.

The Residence by Atzaró – ibiza, formally known as s’Ermita, has a history going back more than 400 years. The first historical document that mentions the house and the estate is in the ‘Llibre d’Estims’ historical archive of Ibiza, a book of a fiscal nature, dated 1638. The house is also mentioned in José Garcia Martinez’s map of 1766 from the geographic studies archive of the Army’s Geographic Centre. The historical findings of the house conclude that its construction dates from the 1600’s.
